Asas Screwpile fabrication facility is based in Melton, Victoria. Each screwpile is fabricated according to Australian standards. With knowledge gained over the years, the engineering and design aspects of Asas Screwpile were made to suit various soil conditions.

After a careful design based on the results of site investigation provided by the owner, we will test a single pile at the site to measure the load-carying capacity of the ground at lower depths. This test will provide very useful information about the maximum point load and skin friction capacity of the pile and determines the most accurate safe working load of the pile.

As a privileged buyer of Asas Screwpile, you shall have access to our in-house geotechnical engineers as well as structural and mechanical engineers to consult you on your foundation needs. Soil investigation reports are required in order to take any piling projects from concept to completion. The system we propose generally provides piling and certain extend of foundation solutions for a wide range of building and construction projects.

The machineries and tools required for installing Asas Screwpile are specific. Thus we provide highly trained and skilled installers to manage various projects. Each piling point is measured with a Torque meter reading to provide precise load of pressure. Our installation method is also known to have minimal noise pollution, environemtally friendly and is reusable.
